I call this a studio because this is a space for active inner work.
 
This goes beyond talk therapy. We don’t only speak about your life - we work with the emotional memory, nervous-system responses, and protective strategies that formed through lived experience, and gently reshape them from the inside out.
 
When work happens at this level, change often becomes clearer and more efficient - not because it’s rushed, but because it’s precise. The pace is always guided by safety, not speed.

ABOUT ME
I’m Kit Turner, a trauma-aware holistic therapist working with subconscious patterns, the nervous system, and the emotional roots of change. I specialise in relationship themes, complex trauma, and the inner blocks that keep people stuck — particularly when they are highly sensitive, creative, or carrying a lot.
 
I’m an Advanced QEC Practitioner and Supervisor, with specialist training in trauma, crisis, addictions, and working with medical conditions. I also draw on Gestalt-informed practice, somatically informed, body-based approaches, and mindfulness-based training to support steady, integrated change.
 
Alongside client work, I supervise practitioners in this modality — grounding my work not only in practice, but in helping others deepen theirs.
