MEDITATION & NERVOUS SYSTEM INTEGRATION

How I Work

My approach integrates subconscious pattern work, somatic awareness and nervous system regulation.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behaviour, we work at the level where emotional and relational patterns are formed and held.

Working at the Root

Many difficulties are not a lack of insight. They are patterns that were learned, repeated and embodied over time.

These patterns can shape:

  • How safe you feel in relationships

  • How you respond under stress

  • The beliefs you hold about yourself

  • The roles you take on with others

We work with those underlying imprints directly.

Subconscious Pattern Work

Subconscious work (including QEC-informed processes) helps access the emotional beliefs and internal narratives that operate outside conscious awareness.

This may involve:

  • Identifying core beliefs formed in earlier experiences

  • Tracking emotional responses as they arise

  • Working with relational themes that repeat

  • Repatterning internal responses through guided processes

The aim is not positive thinking. It is structural shift.

Somatic & Nervous System Awareness

Emotional patterns are not only cognitive. They are physiological.

Somatic awareness helps you notice how patterns live in the body — tension, contraction, shutdown, urgency.

Nervous system regulation supports greater flexibility between activation and rest. As regulation increases, reactions become less automatic and more chosen.

Meditation as Integration

Meditation is used as a stabilising and integrating practice rather than a performance-based exercise.

It builds:

  • Awareness of internal states

  • Tolerance for emotional intensity

  • Capacity to stay present during difficult experiences

It supports the deeper work, rather than replacing it.

Relational & Collaborative

The work is relational. Patterns often formed in relationship, and they shift most sustainably within a safe relational context.

We move at a steady pace, allowing change to integrate rather than forcing breakthroughs.

Structured, Not Open-Ended

I work in structured containers (6, 10 or 16 sessions) to support depth and continuity.

This allows:

  • Momentum

  • Integration

  • Measurable pattern change

  • Clear containment

Is this therapy or coaching?

It integrates elements of both, but the focus is depth rather than performance or productivity.

The emphasis is on working at the root of emotional and relational patterns so that change is sustained rather than temporary.

Online and In-Person

Sessions are held online via secure video call. In-person sessions are also available in Paris, subject to availability.
