emotional and relational patterns.

For those who are self-aware but still feel stuck.

You might be in the right place if:

- you understand your patterns intellectually, but your body keeps reacting the same way
- you feel emotionally flooded one day, numb the next
- you keep ending up in the same relationship cycle
- you struggle with boundaries, self-trust, or self-worth
- you’ve tried therapy or coaching before, and want something that actually shifts the pattern

HOW I WORK

I combine subconscious belief work (QEC) with somatic awareness, mindfulness, and Gestalt-informed dialogue to create change that holds up in real life.

This work is trauma-aware, paced with your nervous system, and focused on practical shifts with immediate affect.

WHAT CHANGES

Clients often notice:

  • calmer inner state and less reactivity
  • clearer boundaries and relationship choices
  • more self-trust (less second-guessing)
  • reduced shame and a quieter inner critic
  • steadier energy and emotional regulation in day-to-day life

Hi, I’m Kit.
I offer grounded, trauma-aware therapy for people who are self-aware but still stuck in repeating patterns. We work at the level of the nervous system and subconscious to create practical change that holds up in real life.
“It was the strangest feeling. I just realised that I wasn't thinking about my trauma anymore, and life felt better.”
