QEC (Quantum Energy Coaching) is the foundation of my work with clients who want to get to the root of what’s keeping them stuck, instead of just - not just manage symptoms. 

What I love about QEC is that change doesn’t have to take years. Long-held beliefs, trauma responses, and patterns that have been running in the background for decades can shift in a surprisingly small number of sessions. It’s not about analysing your story forever — it’s about updating what your system believes is true. 

QEC works directly with the subconscious mind, where your deepest beliefs live. It was developed by Dr. Melanie Salmon (medical doctor and Gestalt psychotherapist) and blends neuroscience-informed tools with an energy-based approach to create deep, lasting shifts — without forcing you to relive everything in detail. Think of it like updating the operating system: instead of trying to “cope better” with old programming, we install new internal beliefs that actually change how you feel, respond, and move through the world. 

In a session, we start with a gentle, Gestalt-informed inquiry to understand what’s really going on underneath — the emotional pattern, the belief, the protective strategy. Then I guide you into a coherent, receptive state where the subconscious is more open to change, and we replace the old belief with something truer, safer, and more supportive. It’s calm, non-invasive, and often much faster than people expect. 

Clients come to me for things like trauma and stress patterns, anxiety, shame, phobias, addictive loops, relationship wounds, confidence blocks, creative shutdown, and the sense of “I know what I should do, but I can’t seem to shift it.” Physical symptoms can be part of the picture too — especially when the nervous system has been carrying too much for too long. 

I found QEC in 2018 and I’ll be honest: I was curious, but not instantly convinced. Over time — through advanced training (including trauma, addictions, medical conditions, and intergenerational patterns) and by experiencing the work personally — it became a cornerstone of my practice because it consistently creates the kind of deep shifts that used to take much longer.
